1.5 oz. Northern Brewer hops, 6.5% alpha acid (60 minutes)
0.5 oz. Cascade hops, 5.4% alpha acid (30 minutes)
0.5 oz. Cascade hops, 5.4% alpha acid (2 minutes)
0.5 oz. Cascade hops, 5.4% alpha acid (dry)
Wyeast No. 2112 California liquid yeast culture
0.75 cup corn sugar to prime
Procedure: Mash all grains for 70 minutes at 155° F. Sparge with five gallons of 170° F water.
Original specific gravity: 1.049, Final specific gravity: 1.012
Boiling Time: 60 minutes
Primary fermentation: 8 days at 65° F in glass
Secondary fermentation: 13 days at 58 to 60° F in glass
